About Melissa and Todd Rolland

Melissa Rolland is a real estate salesperson, accredited home stager and has been a real estate investor for over a decade, helping hundreds of homeowners buy houses, sell houses, and invest in real estate. She is a weekly contributor to the Hartford Courant’s Courant Community Newspaper, and has appeared several times on “Talk of Connecticut” with Brad Davis on WDRC 1360 AM, discussing various real estate topics. She lives in Tolland, CT along with her husband Todd, an associate broker and investor. Together, they manage Rolland Realty Group @ eXp Realty of CT, LLC and are million-dollar producers. They are parents to three adult boys, Troy, Kyle and Dylan, and their girl, their rescue Labrador Miley (ALL were very happy to find HER a home!). Along with helping clients to buy and sell homes, they are currently working with private investors who buy apartment buildings and multifamily properties in emerging markets. Rehabbing and adding value to these properties creates the most socially responsible communities possible for the people that they serve.
